So here we are week 8 of Eternal Punishment, I’ll be perfectly honest I’m not enjoying this game anywhere near as much as the last one but let’s give it another look anyway shall we?
So here we are at Club Zodiac, the last time I was at this specific location there was some major hardcore character development for Eikichi. I can’t wait to ee what happens this time.
Everyone remember Anna? Last week she told the party that kidnapped Jokers were being held in this building, still looks pretty casual to me but last time we learned that everything is a demon infested dungeon wrenched from the depths of hell.
Despite being the friend he has in EP Anna has no idea where Tatsuya is or what he’s dealing with. I do find it really cool that Maya pointed out that it was Tatsuya that saved her at the clock tower not the party.
Katsuya will probably have a litter of kittens over that.
And that sentence literally makes zero sense.
That his brother is a complete doofus who wouldn’t start investigating into his whereabouts until things started blowing up.
I would wager it means he feels guilty over something and intends on trying to make it better.
In the four story dungeon in back of course. If you think that’s ridiculous though you should check out the cd store.
Did they say they were the Taiwanese mafia by any chance? And does she speak Chinese? How does she know they’re mafia?
We’ll kill them both dead…oh wait….
I can only verbally communicate with a loner and my sister, sounds like you need to work on your social skills.
So here we have it “the dungeon.”
I think it’s called diversity Katsuya. Diversity.
So I ran around for like an absolute lunatic for like two hours and now here we are at a standard supply room.
I like the fact that their English is absolute crap.
So leaving the supply room we eventually find our way to the secret casino, but a password is required. I haven’t found anything that seems like a password. I suppose I’ll head back to the store room and see if anything has changed there.
Yep that’s different.
I seriously love this guy so much.
The fact that the party has no idea what’s going on over there I think it’s genuinely hilarious.
If that were to happen the party would never ever make progress of any kind ever again.
Ulala plays the role of peacekeeper this time and tells them to just get over it.
So we go off to the secret casino and enter the password ‘panther’ inside the group finds ‘the man with the scar.’
Kazuya realizes right away that he’s seen this insanely suspicious looking man before.
So there’s definitely some sort of past there. Former mafia maybe?
Looks like that recognition works both ways.
Baofu is more then willing to give introductions this time, but if he was a low life assassin then what were you?
Would it have been okay he had just been mafia? Get a clue Katsuya seriously. you’ve been inadvertently reporting this groups move to the mafia the entire time.
Does that mean Baofu was an assassin as well, or was he mafia? Or maybe he’s referring to the wiretapping. Could be a whole string of things really.
I think that means he won.
I also changed me mind, I think I’ve seen this story before. I would bet a dollar that Baofu was actually either a detective or a police officer, he was definitely involved with the law, and the one person in question was his partner probably a woman. Just like in Weiss Kreuz.
He’s great at playing bad cop.
I think the coolest thing about this is that his weapon is coins. He throws coins at people and says things like ‘kill you painlessly.’
Add that into the pile o mysteries since we sure aren’t going to get an answer straight away.
What games? You haven’t even been a part of this conversation really.
That doesn’t bode well at all. Must be Noriko….probably Joker version.
She’s one school girl how hard could it have been? Ulala’s one woman who is a fitness buff and she was super easy to take down.
My response would be “stay away from me.”
Baofu is of course fast on the uptake.
So we kick the girl’s ass, she was quite a pain in the butt, barely survived it. I’ll have to train a lot harder before the next boss fight.
But our dear Yung Pao made a run for the door while no one was paying attention.
Ouch that’s callous.
So was that.
Some sort of law official for sure, the fact that Katsuya hasn’t pieced that together yet is amazing.
Why? Why do we have to drag everyone who’s stupid enough to make this deal to Igor to fix?
I seriously don’t think they should bother doing this for everyone.
A good cop would… so I’m going to go out on a limb and say no.
I think she’s proved more then guilty. I mean at the very least she hired a killer.
Yeah good plan, why start with minor nuisances when we have no idea who to actually go after n all this. Brilliant.
Well it’s the best we’ve got so far. And last time Aoba park was a pretty neat dungeon. I wonder if the flowers still talk?
The person on the phone introduces themselves as Sneak. Interesting choice for an informant.
Well I don’t here anyone else having a better plan, so we’ll check it out. Soon of course. See ya at Aoba park!
