Gashapons, Trading Figures, and Petits Need Love Too Part 13: Kanji Tatsumi

header1

I love Kanji Tatsumi more then almost anything. This little guy just accentuates how adorable a character he is.

1

Our little Kanji is cracking his knuckles, it’s pretty awesome. I really love the pose.

2

Kanji’s face is horribly inaccurate. It’s cute, really cute, but it kind of looks more like someone cosplaying as Kanji then as Kanji himself. Especially when you take into account the inaccuracy of it’s eye colour. Kanji’s eyes should be more of a yellowish amber not this dark grey they used.

3

His legs are spread in a wide stance that’s very befitting of his pose and his character.

4

Kanji looks pretty cool regardless, they gave him both his trademark scar and his nose piercing.

5

There isn’t much detail to is hair, but it still looks alright. In his usual fashion his jacket is blown back on his shoulders.

6

He’s a way adorable little guy.

His base has two little holes in it for his foot pegs. It also has a speaker and button so you can hear his voice. He has two separate lines.

8

Overall he’s a pretty cute little representation of Kanji, but it’s not a very accurate one. If your looking for a better rep I highly recommend the Taito prize figure.

About Tekizen

I am a thirty two year old fujoshi. I adore Aniplex and Capcom both to a near criminal degree. I love cosplaying. Some of my favorites to date are Miles Edgeworth and Chrollo Lucifer. I am also currently working on Tatsuya Suou. My absolute favorite genre is mystery. I LOVE a good mystery. I have a varying degree of fandoms. I love a lot of different anime, but I can honestly say I love old school american cartoons just the same. My favorite book is The Bacta War in the Star Wars X Wing novel series. I finally beat the Demi-Fiend! He was freaking hard!. I think that's all for now though.
