Fans of anime all over the world are like me, collecting trinkets and toys from Japan regardless of size, price, or quality. In this new topic Topiki, Cindy, and myself will take turns showcasing an item from each of our respective collections. The first of these is a very simple item brought to us by Kotobukiya. May I present to you Kisara.
Kisara is quite unusual for an egyptian woman. She has long silvery white hair, blue eyes, and for all intent and purpose she looks like a foriegner. She is shown to be a weak woman, but in all actuality the strength of her spirit is second only to that of the Pharoah himself. After her death her indomnitable spirit was placed in a stone tablet. The card that her soul formed? The Blue Eyes White Dragon of course.
If there’s one thing Kotobukiya does better then anyone else it’s surprising me. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would ever be given a figure of Kisara to stand next to my Seto Kaiba. She looks adorable. Her hair is painted with a gloss finish that makes it look pearly in essence. My only problem with her is her eyes. Of all the ridiculous things in the world the strange blue eyed girl….has no blue on the eyes of the figure.
Her hair has adorable little tendrils, with the cutest little curls on each side. There’s a little bitty blue eyes white dragon sillhoutte on the base.
After three thousand years Seto and Kisara can finally be together, even if it is just on my shelf.
Next month will be brought to you by Topiki!
