Sienna is a gorgeous Dojin. And I do mean gorgeous, the art is very pretty and the characters are well defined even for people who aren’t too familiar with the Ace Attorney franchise. The cover art showcases Nick and Miles in full color, with Godot and Mia in the background in various shades of gray.
The story starts off with some light shone ai that might turn the average reader off, but I assure you this is a whole lot more then your normal smutfest dojin. And even above that innocent little Pearls interrupts before things get too heavy.
I know how it looks, but no Miles isn’t two timing Nick, Maya asked as a personal favor for a date to help her resolve a problem that is uniquely ‘Maya’.
Nick does provide a great bit of humor though as he follows them around town getting increasingly jealous and frustrated in each panel. The three end up at a dress shop where Miles shows off yet again how well off he is by purchasing Maya a twelve hundred dollar dress.
Just as Nick is about to spill the beans on he and Miles relationship, Maya calls an end to the date and asks them to accompany her to the hospital. There she relinquishes control of her body over to her deceased sister Mia. Maya in her honest innocence wanted Mia to be able to be with her lover Godot one last time.
Godot and Mia share an extremely tender moment before Mia gives Maya back her body. Maya talks about how she’s never before experienced love and how she wanted her sister to be able to be happy until she herself comes to understand it.
After Maya passes out from the possession Nick and Miles share one more kiss on a park bench where they talk about their relationship and Miles heading back to Germany. The book ends with them bickering over who will carry Maya back to Nick’s office.
As with any other dojin this one features four pages at the end showing various characters from the franchise sketched out for your viewing entertainment.
And in a bit more color this time, the back cover shows Mia as well as information about the doujinshi itself.
Overall I think this is a really touching story. It’s extremely easy to find scanlations for it as well.
Overall Enjoyment: 10/10
