Kaminagi Ryoko Zegapain Resurrection 1/8 Scale Alter

This girl is soooooooooooo……. cute. As she twirls around to give you a peace sign, her face is cute, her movement energetic. She’s adorable.

Her face is adorable. Her eyes are wide with honesty and innocence. She’s got a huge smile plastered across her face. She’s smiling at you with everything that she’s got. Her hair is caught in a light breeze so it brushes against her cheeks.

Her shirt sleeve has some great detailing on it, wrinkled as she lifts her arm. Her bow is cute and tucked nicely under her collar. The sweater vest clings to her chest in a very realistic not very forced manner. Her vest wrinkles down near the middle where she’s hunched forward. A very nice touch.

Her hands have are nicely sculpted as well each finger is individually sculpted. Her nails are painted with a light pink nail polish.

Her skirt is cute and simple, a single white line circles it, which is of course painted flawlessly. It’s nicely wrinkled showing the action of her movement in her skirt.

I’m not a big fan of dark socks….but the dark blue does stand out against her black shoes. The shoes are clearly slip on dress shoes. That’s really cute too.

Her hair has layers in the back! Layers!!!!! A character with short hair that’s layered! How can you not appreciate that…I mean it’s a very nice touch by Alter. Again not a touch of paint out of place here. She’s gorgeous.

Her back shows more signs of wrinkles, but less than the front since she’s going forward.

The skirt is nicely pleaded in back, again fairly simple, well done but not really special.

Her video camera has some stellar detail on it. A tape deck to insert your tape to record on it, the strap that fits snugly around her hand, a scope, clearly adjustable lens, and that’s just what you can see from one side!

On the other side you have your video screen and buttons. A lot of buttons I might add not just one or two. That is so cool!

This picture took me awhile to catch the right angle. But the screen, that you can’t see unless you turn the figure around and stare over her shoulder, but there’s a picture on the camera screen. It’s there, it’s tiny, it’s not very detailed but my goodness it’s there. That is serious help in boosting her final score. The camera lens is also made from a darker see through plastic. Nice.

The base is really cool if you’re a fan of the show, I imagine if you’ve never seen it though it’s probably fairly dull 😦 . It’s digitalized. The digital bits are focused around her foot. It’s freaking cool. In small silver text it also says her name and the show title.

Her box is fairly sub par, nothing special here, character art on the back, large picture window in front. The coloring is pretty and matches well with the shows theme, but again not really special.

About Tekizen

I am a thirty two year old fujoshi. I adore Aniplex and Capcom both to a near criminal degree. I love cosplaying. Some of my favorites to date are Miles Edgeworth and Chrollo Lucifer. I am also currently working on Tatsuya Suou. My absolute favorite genre is mystery. I LOVE a good mystery. I have a varying degree of fandoms. I love a lot of different anime, but I can honestly say I love old school american cartoons just the same. My favorite book is The Bacta War in the Star Wars X Wing novel series. I finally beat the Demi-Fiend! He was freaking hard!. I think that's all for now though.

Some really sweet detail on the camera. What’s cool is that unlike most “spunky girl” figures, this one looks, at the very least, super peppy. Open mouth smile looks really good as well.
