Behold one of the most prized possessions of my collection!
A while ago my friends told me about something they found online. It was a set of Shonen Sunday bobblehead figures put out by Run’a. I needed this set of figures so I ordered it without hesitation. Why? It had a Goro figure!
Major is one of my all-time favorite anime series. I was horribly saddened when looking up online to find there was a significant lack of Major merchandise especially in the figurine department.
There was one though! (laughs evilly) It just happened to be a tiny bobblehead figure!
As you can see, this is a piece of plastic love! There are some rather minor flaws in this figure as there are no stitches in the ball and no shoelaces on his shoes. Who cares though? It’s a Goro figure! A piece of Major merchandise heaven!
Those are many series in the world of anime that I wish had more merchandise; especially in the figure department. Major is one of them. What I wouldn’t do for a scaled figure…especially of Sato Toshiya.
Anyway! I love this little pile of bobbleheadedness. I definitely wish there was more for this series, but I will adore Goro here and go listen to Kokoroe by Road of Major.
